This Agreement applies to all users of the Magic Screenplay Writer website, applications, tools, features, and services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all incorporated policies.
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Magic Screenplay Writer is a screenplay development tool that guides users through a structured, templated screenplay-writing process, including (but not limited to):
Logline development
Outlining
Treatments
Sequence planning
Script drafting
The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with content generation. Magic Screenplay Writer does not guarantee artistic quality, originality, or commercial viability of any output.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
You may be required to create an account to use the Service.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access.
3. CREDITS, PURCHASES, AND PAYMENTS
Magic Screenplay Writer operates on a credit-based system.
Certain actions consume credits
Credits may be obtained via purchase, promotion, or bonus
Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit costs, or availability at any time.
4. OWNERSHIP OF GENERATED CONTENT
You own the output.
Subject to compliance with this Agreement:
You retain full ownership of any screenplay text, outlines, treatments, or scripts generated through the Service
You may use generated content for personal or commercial purposes
We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
However:
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
We make no guarantees regarding originality, copyrightability, or non-infringement
5. BETA STATUS AND NO GUARANTEES
Magic Screenplay Writer may be designated as a beta or evolving product.
You acknowledge that:
Features may change, break, or be removed
Output formatting and behavior may evolve
The Service may contain errors or limitations
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
6. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate laws or regulations
Generate illegal, abusive, or harmful content
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the system
Interfere with the operation of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Site software, interfaces, branding, prompts, templates, and systems (excluding user-generated output) are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY.

QUALITY OF OUTPUT
COMMERCIAL SUCCESS
ACCEPTANCE BY STUDIOS, AGENTS, OR MARKETS
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS DISCONTINUATION OF USE.
10. TERMINATION
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion, with or without notice.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in New York courts.
